Job Description
An electrical worker or electrician installs, maintains, and repairs electrical wiring, equipment, and lighting systems while following safety codes. Set up new wiring, lighting, control systems, and circuit breakers based on blueprints.Perform routine checks on electrical components, transformers, and distribution equipment to prevent failures.Troubleshooting: Use testing devices like voltmeters and ohmmeters to find and diagnose electrical problems.Repair: Fix or replace faulty parts, wires, fixtures, and switches.
