A staff nurse provides direct patient care, monitors vital signs, and works with doctors to execute treatment plans in medical facilities
Patient Care: Assess health status, record vital signs, and deliver hands-on medical treatment.Medication Management: Administer prescribed drugs, injections, and intravenous fluids safely.Monitoring: Track patient recovery, spot early signs of physical deterioration, and update medical charts.Education & Support: Explain conditions and self-care steps to patients and their families.Team Coordination: Partner with physicians, therapists, and junior nursing personnel
