A Pizza Burger Master (or Pizza & Burger Chef/Maker) is a kitchen professional who prepares, cooks, and assembles both pizzas and burgers to company standards in a fast-paced restaurant, café, or quick-service outlet.Pizza Preparation: Make pizza dough from scratch or portions, prepare sauces, and layer fresh toppings like cheese, meats, tomatoes, peppers, and mushrooms.Burger Preparation: Griddle or grill burger patties, toast buns, and assemble burgers with sauces, lettuce, cheese, and signature dressings.Cooking & Oven Management: Operate and monitor pizza ovens, flat-top grills, and deep fryers, keeping track of exact cooking temperatures and times.
