Job Description

A general helper supports skilled workers, machine operators, and maintenance teams by performing manual labor, preparing materials, and keeping work areas clean.Site and Equipment Maintenance: Clean work areas, remove debris, and maintain tools or production machinery.Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport raw materials, tools, and finished goods around the job site or warehouse.Trade and Production Support: Assist machine operators, technicians, or tradespeople by holding materials, handing over tools, or performing basic assembly tasks.Safety and Compliance: Follow all workplace safety rules, wear protective gear, and report potential hazards immediately.Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long hours, and perform repetitive physical tasks.Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly and work well within a team.Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with on-the-job training provided.Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to daily attendance.
