A computer operator manages and monitors computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment to ensure efficient, secure daily operations
System Monitoring: Watch computer consoles, networks, and data centers for error messages, performance drops, or failures.Batch Processing: Run scheduled jobs, nightly updates, and data processing tasks according to production timelines.Data Backup: Execute regular backup procedures and data recovery tasks to prevent information loss.Troubleshooting: Fix hardware malfunctions, printer jams, software bugs, and network connectivity problems.Maintenance: Perform routine preventive care on servers, terminals, and peripheral devices like printers and scanners.System Updates: Install software updates, patches, and antivirus scans to maintain security ( Tamil Typist)
