Job Description

A Collection Executive recovers overdue payments and outstanding debts from customers or businesses while keeping positive client relationships and following legal rules
Primary Goal: Improve cash flow and reduce bad debt by securing timely debt recoveries.Work Environment: Banks, financial institutions, telecom companies, corporate finance departments, or BPOs.Reports To: Collections Manager or Finance Head.
