A General Laborer performs manual and physical tasks to support daily operations across industries like construction, warehousing, manufacturing, and landscaping.Material Handling: Loading and unloading raw materials, tools, and equipment.Site Preparation: Cleaning work areas, removing debris, and digging trenches.Trade Support: Assisting skilled tradespeople (such as carpenters, masons, or electricians) with heavy lifting and task setup.Equipment Operation: Using basic hand and power tools (shovels, drills, saws, and wheelbarrows) safely.Safety Compliance: Following workplace safety guidelines and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Physical Fitness: Strong stamina, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift heavy objects.Reliability: Punctuality, strong work ethic, and a dependable attitude.Instruction Following: Capability to understand and execute verbal and written directions accurately.Teamwork: Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and coworkers.
