Job Description

A Mechanical and Electrical (M&E or MEP) Supervisor oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on site to ensure they run safely and efficiently.• System Oversight: Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems like HVAC, plumbing, power distribution, and lighting.
• Team Supervision: Lead, assign tasks to, and mentor technicians and on-site contractors.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Execute preventive maintenance schedules and troubleshoot major system or equipment failures.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety rules, local building codes, and industry regulations.
• Coordination: Act as a bridge between on-ground workers, project managers, and other engineering disciplines.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance logs, work schedules, and equipment performance.• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Proven hands-on experience in site supervision, plant maintenance, or electromechanical system operations.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership, safety consciousness, and familiarity with modern digital tools or building standards.
