Job Description

A decoration helper supports event planners or lead decorators by setting up, arranging, and packing away decorative materials for venues and events
• etup and Teardown: Assemble backdrops, stages, canopies (mandaps), and furniture before an event, and safely take them down afterward.
• Material Handling: Load and unload equipment from vehicles, and carry props, fabrics, and lighting gear to the exact spot needed.
• Decor Arrangement: Help arrange real or artificial flowers, balloons, table centerpieces, and hanging decorations according to the design plan.
• Maintenance and Organization: Keep the workspace or warehouse clean, organize decoration supplies, and report any broken or missing items.
