Production Executive

Job Description

A Production Executive oversees daily manufacturing operations, manages shift targets, and ensures product quality and safety compliance on the factory floor
Shift Operations: Direct daily shift production activities according to approved production schedules
Manpower Management: Supervise, allocate, and control shift workers to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
Monitor output to meet company and government quality standards, maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and safety protocols.
Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with the engineering and maintenance teams for machine setups, routine servicing, and break-down resolutions
