A Borewell Manager (also referred to as a Water Well Drilling Manager or Rig Operations Manager) oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of drilling operations to access underground aquifers. They balance technical field execution (managing heavy rig machinery) with sustainable resource management to ensure a long-term, high-yield water supply. Collaborate with geologists and surveyors to conduct hydrogeological surveys and soil detection to determine optimal drill locations
