Job Description

A nurse provides direct medical care, monitors patient health, and collaborates with doctors to coordinate treatment in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare settings
• Patient Assessment: Check and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure) and observe changes in condition.
• Medication Administration: Give patients prescribed drugs and IV fluids, and watch for side effects.
• Care Planning: Develop, implement, and update individual nursing care plans with the medical team.
• Patient Education: Teach patients and families about recovery, medications, and disease prevention.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, complete health records and chart clinical actions
