Job Description

A telecaller connects with prospective or existing customers via phone, email, or chat to drive sales, generate leads, and resolve queries.We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. You will act as the direct link between our company and our customers. Your main goal is to promote our products, qualify leads, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.• Make Calls: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients or handle incoming customer support queries.
• Pitch Offerings: Explain product or service features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
• Generate Leads: Qualify prospects and pass warm leads over to the core sales team.
• Update Records: Maintain accurate customer logs and update interaction notes in the Razorpay Payroll CRM system.
