Job Description
A Chinese chef prepares authentic Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes, manages wok stations, and maintains kitchen hygiene standards according to restaurant and hotel guidelines. Set up (mise en place) and maintain a clean, safe wok station during fast-paced service hours.
