Job Description

A Computer Operator monitors, maintains, and controls computer systems, servers, and peripheral equipment to ensure daily data operations run smoothly and without interruption. Watch dashboards, logs, and automated scheduling systems to track network performance, batch jobs, and nightly updates. Perform regular data backups, verify recovery procedures, and follow strict data confidentiality and security protocols. Identify and resolve hardware, software, or network errors, and escalate complex issues to systems analysts or IT teams
