Job Description

A CCTV Technician installs, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots closed-circuit television systems and security surveillance networks
• Installation & Setup: Mount and wire security cameras (analog and digital, PTZ, bullet, dome), DVRs, NVRs, monitors, and power supplies.
• Configuration: Configure IP addresses, network settings, and recording storage retention policies.
• Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine inspections, diagnose wiring faults, and repair or replace faulty hardware.
• Technical Support: Assist clients and end-users with basic system operation, troubleshooting, and footage retrieval.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of inventory, equipment maintenance, and service tickets
