Job Description

A Chinese Chef is a culinary professional specialized in preparing Chinese cuisine, operating wok stations, and managing traditional or modern Asian kitchen operations.Master high-heat techniques including stir-frying, wok-tossing, steaming, braising, roasting, and deep-frying.Work with executive staff to design authentic regional menus (such as Cantonese, Sichuan, Huaiyang, or Shanghai styles) while managing food cost percentages. Direct station cooks, wok chefs, and commis chefs during high-volume service hours.Ensure strict compliance with food safety, HACCP standards, and proper storage or cross-contamination prevention.
