Job Description

A computer operator manages, monitors, and maintains an organization’s computer systems, servers, networks, and peripheral equipment to ensure daily operations run smoothly.Track automated job schedulers, batch processing, and server performance dashboards.Execute routine data backups, test recovery protocols, and perform preventive maintenance on hardware and printers. Identify file errors, system crashes, or hardware malfunctions, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex problems to systems analysts or IT administrators.
