A general helper provides hands-on physical, logistical, and operational support to skilled workers, tradespeople, or staff across industries like construction, warehousing, manufacturing, and facilities management.Site and Workspace Preparation: Set up work areas, place protective dust sheets, unload tools, and clear hazards before operations begin.Material Handling: Load, unload, transport, and sort raw materials, supplies, and heavy equipment using carts, hand trucks, or manual lifting.Trade and Task Assistance: Hold materials, pass tools, mix compounds (like mortar or filler), and perform basic drilling, cutting, or assembly under supervision.
