A Gold Loan Executive manages end-to-end gold loan services, customer acquisition, and gold valuation at a bank or Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).Gold Appraisal & Valuation: Evaluate the purity, weight, and value of gold ornaments brought in by customers and apply proper stone/weight deductions.Loan Processing & Documentation: Verify customer Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, process loan applications, and execute loan disbursements or renewals within specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
