Job Description

A helper and laborer perform physical and support tasks on construction, manufacturing, and warehouse sites, assisting skilled tradespeople and maintaining clean work areas
• Site Preparation: Clean work areas, remove debris, dig trenches, and set up temporary structures or scaffolding.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials or heavy equipment to work zones.
• Trade Support: Assist specialized workers like electricians, carpenters, or plumbers by holding tools and handing over supplies.
• Equipment Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and tampers under direction.
