Job Description

A packing worker (also known as a packer, packager, or picker/packer) prepares finished goods, products, or materials for safe transport and storage in warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing plants. Gather items from inventory or production assembly lines based on order slips, invoices, or digital systems.Check items for damage, defects, or missing pieces, and discard non-conforming products. Place items securely into appropriate boxes, crates, or packaging using protective materials like bubble wrap, foam, or tape. Stack completed boxes onto pallets or hand carts, and transport them to loading docks or storage zones.
