A Pizza and Burger Master prepares, cooks, and assembles both pizzas and burgers to high-quality standards while maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation.Pizza Preparation: Make pizza dough from scratch, hand-toss or stretch crusts, and prepare fresh sauces (such as tomato or white cream) and toppings (vegetables and meats).Burger Preparation: Select quality ingredients, grill burger patties to order, toast buns, and assemble burgers with proper portion control for toppings and sauces.Cooking & Baking: Monitor temperatures and cooking times for pizza ovens, grills, and deep fryers to ensure every item is cooked correctly.Station Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment before, during, and after shifts.
