A Restaurant Service cum Kitchen Helper handles a dual role supporting both dining room service and back-of-house kitchen operations.. Kitchen Support & Food Prep
• Wash, peel, chop, and slice vegetables, fruits, and meat.
• Assist main cooks and chefs in assembling ingredients and preparing basic dishes or sauces.
• Maintain clean and sanitized cooking stations, counters, cutting boards, and tools.
• Wash dirty dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery, and store them neatly.
• Dispose of kitchen waste safely and keep the garbage area clean.• Help set up dining tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
• Assist waitstaff by serving food and clearing used plates from tables.
• Pack takeaway or delivery orders accurately.
• Greet customers politely and assist at the counter if needed.
