Rig and Secure: Select the correct lifting accessories and attach them securely to ensure a balanced, stable load.Signal Operators: Act as the eyes and ears for the crane operator, using standardized hand signals or radios to direct movements safely.Monitor Safety: Check that the travel path is clear, watch the load’s center of gravity, and stop operations immediately if a hazard arises.
