A site supervisor oversees daily operations at a project location to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to quality specifications.Work Supervision: Monitor daily on-site activities, manage workers and subcontractors, and ensure tasks match approved drawings and specifications.Safety Management: Enforce health and safety rules, ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and conduct routine inspections to remove site hazards.Quality Control: Inspect workmanship and materials to verify they comply with building codes and design standards, fixing errors immediately.
