Job Description

A software developer designs, codes, tests, and maintains computer programs and applications to meet user and business needs.• Write Code: Build clean, efficient, and scalable software using programming languages like Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Test and Debug: Run unit tests, identify system flaws, and fix software bugs or performance issues.
• Collaborate: Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements.
• Maintain Systems: Upgrade existing programs, optimize performance, and ensure compatibility with new hardware or operating systems.
• Document Processes: Create technical documentation for future maintenance and team onboarding.• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one or two core programming languages and familiarity with databases, Git version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication for teamwork.
