A staff nurse provides direct patient care, monitors vital signs, and works with doctors in medical facilities.Assess patients: Check vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.Give medicine: Administer prescribed drugs, IV lines, and treatments.Assist doctors: Help with medical examinations, surgeries, and emergency responses.Keep records: Document patient progress, symptoms, and medical history accurately.Educate families: Explain care plans and home recovery steps to patients and loved ones.Education: Complete an accredited nursing program, such as a B.Sc. or GNM diploma.License: Maintain valid registration with the local state nursing council or board.Skills: Display strong communication, empathy, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings.
