Job Description

A staff nurse provides direct medical care, monitors patient health, and coordinates treatment plans alongside doctors and healthcare teams
Patient Care: Assess patient conditions, track vital signs (pulse, temperature, blood pressure), and administer prescribed medications or intravenous (IV) fluids
Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records regarding medical histories, treatments, and daily progress.
Patient Education: Explain diagnoses, medication schedules, and at-home recovery steps to patients and their families
