A telecaller connects with prospective and existing customers over the phone to generate sales, build interest, or provide support. Dial lists of potential clients to pitch products, share promotions, or find sales leads.Answer incoming queries, solve basic complaints, and provide accurate product details.Record call outcomes, customer feedback, and follow-up dates in the Razorpay Payroll Learning Center or company CRM system.
