A waiter provides friendly customer service, takes food and drink orders, and ensures guests have a great dining experience
Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests, hand out menus, and guide them to their tables.Taking Orders: Answer menu questions, share daily specials, and record accurate food and drink orders.Serving Orders: Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to the correct tables in a timely manner.Guest Care: Check in with diners during the meal to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or complaints.Payments: Deliver checks, process cash or card payments, and return proper change.Cleanliness: Clear dirty dishes, wipe down tables, and help set up the dining area for the next guests
