A waiter welcomes guests, takes food and drink orders, serves meals, and ensures a pleasant dining experience. Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests, present menus, and guide them to their tables.Taking Orders: Answer menu questions, suggest specials, upsell items, and record orders accurately.Serving: Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to the tables in a timely manner.Customer Care: Check on guests during the meal to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or complaints.Billing & Payment: Deliver checks, process cash or credit card payments, and return change.Cleanliness: Clear dirty dishes, wipe down tables, and keep the dining area tidy.
