A welder uses high-heat machinery to cut, join, and repair metal parts and structures for construction, manufacturing, and industrial projects. Keep welding machines and workspaces clean and report broken equipment. Use welding methods such as MIG, TIG, arc (stick), or gas welding in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
