Job Description
General Labor Support: Assist the broader construction or site team with basic assembly, moving materials by hand, keeping work areas clean, and dismantling gear after the job ends.Safety Compliance: Follow all site safety rules, wear proper protective gear, and stop operations if a hazard appears.Rigging and Lifting: Select correct cables, chains, pulleys, and slings based on the weight and size of the load.Load Control: Attach loads securely to cranes or hoists and guide operators using clear hand signals or radio communication.Equipment Inspection: Check all rigging gear and tools before and after use to ensure everything is safe and in good working order.General Labor Support: Assist the broader construction or site team with basic assembly, moving materials by hand, keeping work areas clean, and dismantling gear after the job ends.
