A lifting supervisor coordinates and oversees all lifting operations on a site to ensure safety and compliance with the approved lifting plan.Brief the Team: Explain the lifting plan, safety procedures, and risk controls to the crew before work begins.Check Competency: Verify that only certified crane operators, trained riggers, and designated signalmen take part in the lift.Inspect Ground and Equipment: Confirm that ground conditions are stable for mobile cranes and check that all lifting gear inspections are valid.Establish Safety Zones: Mark exclusion zones and secure the surrounding work area
