A lifting supervisor coordinates and oversees all lifting operations on a site to ensure safety and compliance with the approved lifting plan.Explain the lifting plan, safety procedures, and risk controls to the crew before work begins.Verify that only certified crane operators, trained riggers, and designated signalmen take part in the lift.Confirm that ground conditions are stable for mobile cranes and check that all lifting gear inspections are valid.
