Job Description

A structure supervisor oversees structural construction works, directing teams on site to ensure projects are built safely, correctly, and on schedule.Site Supervision and Coordination: Direct daily construction activities, manage work sequences, and coordinate subcontractors and various trades.Quality Control and Inspection: Inspect materials, welds, and structural components to verify they match blueprints, engineering specifications, and quality standards.Safety and Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental rules, lead safety briefings, and remove site hazards.Resource and Material Management: Allocate equipment and labor, monitor material deliveries, and reduce waste.
